Lolly is in a communication explosion phase at the moment, it's just amazing! Yesterday, she learnt "alright" in the afternoon, then "fingers" and "arm" after dinner, and "blanket" at bedtime! I read Pinky McKay saying that a bright toddler can learn a new word every 90 minutes between 18 and 20 months. That's truly amazing. Watching Lolly's world become verbal, and her able to SAY what she wants is just a wonderful experience. I'm really enjoying it, her face as she masters new words is just priceless.
Today she learnt "ham" and "frog" (one of these was for lunch LOL).
It's interesting times with a toddler!
